Roma Blair Farewell Party

ROMA BLAIR FAREWELL PARTY.
It was done “Rome Blair Style” and with her close friends and family attending a very special tribute to her life at the Art Centre in the Paradise Room last Saturday 23rd November to pay respects and have a last farewell party. Regina King who was a close friend spoke and sang a song for her special friend and said that when it was birthday time that was one party that went on for a couple of weeks and each year it would be a highlighted event to attend. Roma also shared a special film moment to address her thanks to everyone she knew that was arranged by PR friend Karen Phillips. Her story and her life had many ups and downs to begin, but she was a model, a war bride, a prisoner of war, a yoga swami and a media personality, who wrote a column for the GC Bulletin for about 30 years. She gave always to charity and was one never to miss out on a party. She will be remembered for many things and one was a giver, and had made sure everyone went home with a special gift bag of some of her personal things. Thanks Roma for the wonderful things you did in your life and I am sure you have all things in order where you are now. You be missed for sure.
