A time capsule capturing some of the world’s most popular music hits, culture, style and glamour during the magnificent seventies, this visual presentation of epic proportions produces a feast for the senses like no other live production.
The show is presented in three acts opening with Neil Diamond’s Hot August Nights, gliding through to Barbra Streisand’s Broadway and reaching its crescendo with the 70’s disco phenomenon of the Bee Gees’ Saturday Night Fever.
Best of the Bee Gees (Russell Davey, Evan Webster, Chris Alford) have been performing the music of the Bee Gees for 20 years with over 1000 shows under their belt. They have created a huge fan base throughout Australasia backed by their continual sell out shows. In 2018 their fame spread abroad with a hugely successful European and UK Tour, headlining at the prestigious Preston Guild Hall and Back to the 80’s Cruise – UK’s largest retro music cruise at sea alongside Spandau Ballet, Belinda Carlisle and more!

Roo Mackerras has been an avid fan of Neil Diamond since he was young and has sung rock and pop professionally since 1983 with bands like Angry Penguins and The Sensational Seventies Rock Show. Along the way he has won NCEIA Awards for “Most Popular Male Performer” and “Best Male Vocal” several times on his home turf in the NSW North Coast. He started the “Neily Diamond Show” in 1999 and is one of Australia’s very best Neil Diamond impersonators. He is”So Real so Neil.”
Roslyn Loxton brings 20 years experience as a lead vocalist with her to the stage. Trained under the top UK vocal coach Kim Chandler, she has performed worldwide supporting artists such as Marcia Hines, Vanessa Amorosi, Leo Sayer and Jimmy Barnes. 2019 is another huge year as Roslyn will be performing with the full 40 piece Canberra Symphony Orchestra in an outdoor event, then onto touring Europe, the United Kingdom and New Zealand.
Choosing Barbra Streisand, one of the most difficult female artist of our time to emulate, Roslyn will send chills down your spine with her vocal talent and authenticity.
