The Greenroom Project Comes to Brisbane Powerhouse.
Matt Ward from Gold Coast who has been running The Greenroom Project at Arts Centre Gold Coast today expressed his excitement at being part of the Queensland Cabaret Festival.
With in the show is “On The Couch” hosted by Matt Ward is jam-packed with interviews and behind-the-scenes gossip, he will be joined by Australian theatre legends Nancy Hayes and Peter Cousens as the Celebrity Guest Artist. We asked Nancy Hayes and Peter Cousens what it takes to break into this industry, both agreed “to be ready!”. You never know when that call will come in and it may be the break or the opportunity that could give you that part. We both look at the amount of confidence that is expressed nowadays in the younger talent and it is quiet outstanding. Interaction with Youtube and a range of talent shows have assisted many young actors, singers, and given them much needed and very beneficial exposure over the years.

Idol) – our Featured Artists who will each take to the stage to showcase their 5min act, all accompanied by music director Brad Rush on Piano!
