Award-winning acrobatics, comedy, cabaret and family entertainment are set to take over Sydney as Fool’s Paradise returns to the Sydney Fringe Festival from 26 August to 11 October 2026.

Following sold-out seasons in Adelaide, Perth and the UK, Fool’s Paradise is back at The Entertainment Quarter in Moore Park, transforming the precinct into one of the festival’s must-visit entertainment destinations.
Curated by the acclaimed Head First Acrobats, the seven-week program will feature two spectacular venues – The Bunker and The Virago – presenting an exciting mix of circus, cabaret, comedy, music and family-friendly performances.
Leading this year’s lineup is the return of the smash-hit Return of the GODZ, fresh from acclaimed seasons in London’s West End and Brighton. Bigger, bolder and featuring an expanded five-person cast, the production combines gravity-defying acrobatics, outrageous comedy and jaw-dropping strength in a show UK critics have praised as both hilariously entertaining and technically brilliant.

Also making its world premiere is Radio Variety, a high-energy circus and cabaret spectacular celebrating the soundtrack of generations. Featuring acrobats, aerialists, dancers and comedians performing to iconic hit songs, the production promises an entertaining experience for audiences of all ages.
Returning crowd favourites include the ever-popular All-Star Circus, showcasing breathtaking backflips, towering human pyramids, giant spinning wheels and world-class acrobatics delivered with plenty of laughs.
Families can once again experience the magical Flying Bubble Show, returning after its sold-out Sydney Fringe Festival season in 2025. Combining bubble artistry, aerial performance and immersive theatre, the production creates an enchanting world filled with giant rainbow bubbles, floating galaxies and spectacular visual effects.
For those looking for something fabulously different, The Big Top Drag Brunch takes centre stage for one afternoon only on 29 August, featuring some of Sydney’s biggest drag stars including Etcetera Etcetera, Hannah Conda, Coco Jumbo, Vybe, Carmen Geddit and Charisma Belle. Expect dazzling performances, outrageous comedy, glamorous costumes and plenty of unforgettable moments.
Fool’s Paradise Director Thomas Gorham said audiences can expect a festival experience unlike any other.
“We can’t wait to bring Fool’s Paradise back to Sydneysiders this Fringe following sell out events in Adelaide, Perth and the UK. With a mix of brand new shows and returning favourites, audiences will experience pure, uninhibited entertainment across every moment. Everyone can find something to see and love this year at Fool’s Paradise and we can’t wait to welcome you!”
