50 YEARS OF CONVERSATION WITH VITTO AT THE PICCOLO BAR KINGS CROSS

For up to 60 years there has been a cafe that has kept its place in Kings Cross Rosyln St, and has had many interesting visitors over the years that each decade had a very colourful creative artist, locals from the Cross, to international visitors and some very well known names. They have sat in the corners of the small cafe in the Piccolo Bar and one man that has served his time and still is there who is noted pretty famous himself is Vittorio Bianchi, better known as VITTO. For 50 years he has seen a lot of changes and had many chats with his customers. A passionate Italian man himself that loves to read, and has a taste for European films, but is fond really of the cultural world of arts, who has himself performed when he was young is still very active for his age as he turned 80 last year.
He loves to reflect a lot of the past and each day he sits sill in the Piccolo Bar and chats to all the locals who pass by and come in for their coffee hit or meal. He now will be sharing this in his own show that will open this week as to 50 years of conversation, Piccolo Tales, he has had with the rich and famous at the cafe beginning this Tuesday night.
Piccolo Tales play at the Piccolo Bar Cafe, 6 Roslyn Street, Kings Cross from February 3.
