HOLLYWOOD SPLIT OF JOLIE AND PITT SHOCK AND SAD NEWS
The new today of Angelina Jolie filing for divorce with Brad Pitt has put the media world in a frenzy. It has been filed as irreconcilable differences with Pitt, 52, and listing their date of separation as September 15, according to entertainment news websites TMZ and People.
Jolie is seeking custody of their six children, and the speculation is out as to why she is wanting full custody of the kids.
Being one of the Hollywood’s highest-profile celebrity couples the likes of best friend George Clooney was asked today to make comment and of course did not, but Jolie dad film star actor made comments to the TMZ today that he was sad to hear and hopes the kids will be fine.
Marion Cotillard, is in the news as to being the fact that they both had a affair on the film Allied.
Jolie’s attorney Robert Offer said in a statement circulated to US media.
“She will not be commenting at this time, and asks that the family be given their privacy during this difficult time.”
“This decision was made for the health of the family,”
Jolie who has had been married twice before, to actors Jonny Lee Miller and Billy Bob Thornton. Brad was married to Jennifer Aniston.
