Adam Liaw is a multifaceted talent known for his culinary expertise, engaging writing, and charismatic presence as a television show host has a new cooking book 7 Days of Dinner. His latest guide to cooking, for the whole family is full of inspiration with a theme for every day of the week. Featuring over 80 recipes, taken from the set of his hit SBS, series The Cook Up.
Each chapter separates the nights of the week into particular types of dishes. It’s something most of us are already familiar with. We do it because it helps is cut through the noise and makes the process of keeping everything on track slightly less daunting. I am a huge fan of Adam and having no the book I must say it truly has some great ideas on what to do in a weeks planning in your kitchen and to explore different types of food.
Some of my favourites in the books is the Asian sesame and chilli noodles the Cuban macaroni is interesting to some of the Mexican inspired dishes and a great one for garlic bread. Whether you’re cooking for yourself or family, cooking books are helpful to change the palate in the kitchen and be guided. There are some Easy recipes there and really do come together quite nicely, and having seen some of them on his show on SBS makes it even better when you have the book at hand.
In conclusion, to addition to his culinary and media endeavours, Adam Liaw is actively involved in philanthropic and advocacy work. He has used his platform to raise awareness about important issues, including food sustainability, hunger, and nutrition. Liaw’s commitment to making a positive impact on society aligns with his belief in the power of food to bring people together and effect positive change. Love that energy that stands out when you watch him on TV and his passion of food and cooking.
