Brisbane Artist Josh Mulheran talks on his role in  Jersey Boys – The story of Frankie Vallie & The Four Seasons

Another fabulous musical is about to hit Brisbane – Jersey Boys – The story of Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons, which will run from February 8th to 11th at QPAC, with only 6 shows presented by Prospero Arts and QPAC. The lead role of Frankie is played by Josh Mulheran, a very talented Brisbane performer who has been busy with other stage productions such as West Side Story, 9 to 5: The Musical, and recently appeared in Mamma Mia.

Frankie Valli is one of the most amazing voices of our time, and his legendary timeless music is celebrated in this production. In our Zoom interview, Josh talks about playing him and the production.

The production is a reimagined, semi-staged concert production with an orchestra in the concert hall at QPAC.

Featuring all the hits we know and love, including Sherry,Big Girls Don’t Cry, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You, and December 1963 (Oh, What a Night), Jersey Boys follows the fascinating evolution of four blue-collared kids who became one of the greatest successes in pop music history.

Winner of four Tony Awards, an Olivier, and a Helpmann Award for Best Musical, Jersey Boys – the musical remains one of the longest-running shows on Broadway.

To miss this would be a crime, as it promises to be a beautifully reimagined, semi-staged concert production directed by the multiple award-winning Martin Croft, with choreography by Queensland’s own Dan Venz.
