As the official entertainment partner of the Australian Turf Club, The Star is proud to be the naming rights partner of the 2015 The Star Epsom Day at Royal Randwick on Saturday, 3 October. Australia’s racing elite will compete to win The Star Epsom which, after a prize money increase of $500,000, now totals $1,000,000.
As one of the biggest events on the social and sporting calendar, racegoers can catch all the action track-side at Randwick before free shuttle buses bring racing enthusiasts back to The Star to continue the celebrations. With dining at standout culinary attractions and entertainment at popular nightspots Cherry, Rock Lily and Sky Terrace, The Star’s premier dining and entertainment
attractions offer the perfect post-race backdrop to see the night through.
Guests can enjoy 20% off Fat Noodle or Fuel at 24/7 Sports Bar, as well as a complimentary drink at Cherry, 24/7 Sports Bar, Rock Lily or Sky Terrace. To take advantage of these great offers, keep your eye out for The Star hosts handing out vouchers at Royal Randwick Racecourse.

& Chandon Spring Champion Stakes Day on Saturday, 10 October, City Tattersalls Club Cup Day on Saturday, 17 October and Men of League Cox Plate Day on Saturday, 24 October. Free shuttle bus services to The Star will run between 4:30pm and 7pm.
Melbourne Cup
The Star will be awash with glamour and style on Tuesday, 3 November for the iconic Melbourne Cup.
Chefs from The Star’s signature restaurants have designed special menus for Melbourne Cup. Balla will serve up a four-course dining experience featuring rock oysters and Italian bubbles while BLACK by ezard will dish up three stunning courses with complimentary side dishes, and Sokyo will treat diners to a spectacular eight-dish share menu.
For the full trackside experience, 24/7 Sports Bar is the place to catch all the excitement of every race live, with a full TAB, huge LED screens and food and beverage packages available. Over at Cherry, a three hour package is on offer featuring gourmet canapes, desserts and premium drinks. Rock Lily will host standout live music with a live performance from ARIA-nominated Bombs
