AMBASSADOR PARTY TO CELEBRATE THE MAN ABOUT TOWN AT THE TREASURY HOTEL
It was cause for celebration when The Star Entertainment Group (owners of Treasury Brisbane, The Star Gold Coast and The Star Sydney) announced Channel 7 Presenter and The Sunday Mail’s Socials Editor, Damien Anthony Rossi, as their first-ever Ambassador in Queensland.
Celebrities and media gathered at the iconic Treasury Hotel for a glamorous Veuve Cliquot-themed soiree in Rossi’s favourite Suite 322. The opulent suite was decked out with the distinctive orange bottles of the renowned French champagne including a huge marble bathtub filled with the top drop.
Country music legend Lee Kernaghan and wife Robby X treated the crowd to a surprise performance tweaking the words to Kernaghan’s hit song Boys from the Bush to celebrate Rossi’s ambassadorship.
The A-list guests included Rossi’s Channel 7 colleagues Sofie Formica, Sharyn Ghidella and Tony Auden, Network Ten pair Georgina Lewis and Josh Holt, The Sunday Mail’s Editor-in-Chief Peter Gleeson and Nine Queensland Managing Director Kylie Blucher.
