6 Headline Comedians Coming to Southport Next Summer for Comedy in the Park 17th July 2021
National promoter M&B is to host a huge outdoor comedy event at Victoria Park in Southport next summer. Six of the UK’s biggest comedians will be announced for ‘Comedy in the Park’ an all-day outdoor comedy extravaganza planned for summer 2021.

M&B promise to bring big laughs to the Southport this summer and they’re setting the bar high! Comedy fans can expect headline comedian after headline comedian at this riotous one off summer event.
The full line-up and pre-sale details for the event will be released on Monday (12th October 2020).

We are thrilled to provide our amazing venue for this riotous evening of laughter with a line-up of exceptional comedy talent. This is a great addition to our town’s event programme and gives everyone something to look forward to in 2021.”
Operations director James Penny said putting on an event in the region presents an exciting opportunity.
James commented : “ We’ve wanted to put on an event in Southport for some time now. We know it is a city of comedy fans and the perfect location for this huge comedy event.
Now more than ever, people need something to look forward to. What we can promise is that this event will be the biggest comedy event has ever seen with six world-class comedy headliners performing across one day.
It’s been a tough year for live comedy but it’s coming back with a bang!

M&B work with some of the biggest names in comedy, music and sports and will hope that this is the first of many events at in the region over the coming years,
The organisers will transform Victoria Park for this carnival of comedy. Alongside the comedy, attendees can expect award-winning street food; pop up cocktail bars, cafés, bars, shops and stalls. The ultimate all day event out for any comedy lover!!
Promoters are confident that the event will be something to look forward to next year as COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. However, because of the size of the location, plans can be adapted to run the event with social distancing should that be required and the event will be completely safe and COVID compliant.
