It was another successful event for the “Hats and High Tea” this year which was staged at the talk of town The Emporium Hotel Southbank, at there very exclusive room venue in their Penthouse.
Head millinery Patricia Ann Balmer, who is the event organizer did a specular job with showcasing her hats along with two of the best Millinery’s in town Flora Fascinata, and Jar Millinery. The MC and image adviser expert was Mildred Ellwood who is the winner of Fashions on the field and looked divine in her vintage dress and special hat made by Patricia.
The models, all dressed in black graced the event with modeling all of the latest trends for the upcoming Melbourne Cup race day. The guests were welcomed with Champagne, and The Emporium Hotel signature high tea; with overlooking what has to be one of the best views in Brisbane.
