In the heart of Fortitude Valley there’s a magnificent building… It’s an old church that has been home to late night dance clubs, a bastion for the party hards, a mecca for moves and an oasis for Brisbane’s stepping-out set. However, a transformation has occurred, the dark walls have been art worked, the vastness being filled. Colour, crazy and chaos is about to reign, and in such a good way! Introducing Holey Moley. It’s like golf. But fun….
From the people behind Strike Bowling comes Holey Moley Golf Club, at home at 25 Warner Street and a leisure-tainment experience unlike any other in the country – it’s a cocktail bar, mini-golf course, work of art, retro and social commentary and all-out cool hub rolled into one brilliant venue that will open from 10am through to late, late night. Think hipsters, corporates, families and those that thankfully don’t fit into a box – it’s the melting pot of putters.
So Par So Good?
There’s 2 different nine-hole courses to choose from. Here’s just a hint – think a mash up of Alice in Wonderland, iconic surfing culture, puppeteers, arguably the best retro video game ever, Nirvana, Snoop Dog, Pharrell Williams and Chubby Checker, Game of Thrones and Classic Carnival. Just for starters…. Here’s the full list…

Home of Holey Moley’s luscious list of libations, The Caddyshack is raising the par on drinks – there’s the Tee Quila Mocking Birdie, Teeyonce Holes, Long Island Iced Tee, G & Tee to name a few (the contents of which remain closely guarded until opening day!). Of special note is the Tigertini (the Martini with a nod to the man himself), the Arnold Palmer (aka an Old Fashioned) and the So Par So Good (a cracking take on the Cosmopolitan).
Of course there’s the Don’t Worry Be Hoppy Beer List and a line-up for Tee-Totalers.
