JASON ALDEAN WINS ACM ENTERTAINER OF THE YEAR

& RELEASES ‘LIGHTS COME ON’

NEW TRACK FROM UPCOMING ALBUM NOW AT RADIO

Just weeks after his SOLD OUT Australian tour, Jason Aldean has won the ‘Entertainer of the Year’ award at the 2016 Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

On the same night, Jason debuted his new single ‘Lights Come On’ at the awards show – the lead single from his upcoming seventh studio album – expected to be released during the upcoming US summer.

“Being on stage is why I do what I do, it’s all I’ve ever wanted to do,” said Aldean. “This song is all about that rush you can only get from stepping on stage and listening to fans sing along to every word. It’s about throwing the biggest party from the floor to the top of the rafters for all those people who spent their paycheck to come see us.”

The upcoming album from the newly crowned ACM ‘Entertainer of the Year’ and three-time ACM ‘Male Vocalist of the Year’ follows OLD BOOTS, NEW DIRT which debuted at the #1 spot on Billboard’s Country Albums Chart and earned its platinum certification only nine weeks after release and spawned three consecutive #1’s, marking 16 career chart-toppers.

All of Jason Aldean’s albums have earned platinum or better tallying more than 10 million album sales. WATCH THE NEW LYRIC VIDEO FOR ‘LIGHTS COME ON’ AT: https://youtu.be/-5cv1d_m4g0
