Perth songstress REIGAN returns with her mesmerising new single ‘Feels Like Heaven’, which is available to pre-order now ahead of its release on Friday September 4th through Sony Music Entertainment Australia.
Written by Reigan Derry, Jon Hume, Hayley Warner & Phil Barton, ‘Feels Like Heaven’ showcases Reigan’s powerhouse vocals in an incredible mid-tempo pop track.
As Reigan explains, “‘heaven’ is found in the most basic places and is a celebration of love in its simplest form. The lyric in the chorus begins with “It feels like heaven, with your hand on my face”,” continues Reigan. “A simple moment of connection like that can take you out of any dark place. I enjoy talking about realistic/relatable love, because it can be interpreted to all kinds of relationships, whether family, or friend or lover. The chorus ends with “we found heaven, in this hell of a place” which really sums up the idea that regardless of your situation, the most intense and wonderful moments of love can be experienced.”
Reigan’s 5 track EP featuring her debut single ‘All Of The Pieces’, was released in December last year and inspired numerous trips to the UK writing and developing her craft.
You can catch Reigan perform her brand new single, ‘Feels Like Heaven’ at the Ekka, Brisbane where she will also be signing. The performances kick off at 4pm on both August 13th & 14th.
