
OFFICIAL OPENING OF BLOODLINE SHORT FILM WITH FILMMAKER MADISON MARNEROS
Caroline Russo managing director and will kick-start the first event of the year with Queensland Film TV Events shall be spotlighting a daring young emerging talent Gold Coaster Indie Filmmaker Madison Marneros. At 17 years of age, Madison wrote produced and directed as well as funded her short film Bloodline.
Madison Marneros graduated from High School at AB Paterson College Gold Coast in 2019 but over her years has worked in front of the camera acting in theatre and TV. It was her dream to become a filmmaker and 2019 while still at school Madison wrote her very first short film Bloodline a thriller drama that is based on the storytelling of witchcraft.
Caroline Russo is very delighted to be presenting Madison. It was through the initiation of fellow credible filmmaker Nick McCallum art design and producer, who made the attention to me on Madison and she is without a doubt an emerging creative who has passion and drive and talent to be in the business.
An official screening with the cast and crew and special guests who will be attending along with other fellow creatives in the industry is to be held at Events Cinema on January 22nd, with a red carpet arrival at 6.pm in the upstairs foyer of the cinema at Westfield Garden City. Guests will have the change to mingle with a pop-up bar and complimentary nibbles with social photography taken 6.00 pm arrival with the opening of the screening to commence at 7.00 pm.
A QA with Madison after the screening will take place with added stories on the filmmaking process.
We welcome our MC on the night Mr Lewis Lee OAM to be part of the event. An official opening will be also welcomed by a very special guest on the night Senator Paul Scarr Liberal National Senator for Queensland.
Due to the fire crisis, we will be now looking to have donations and raffles tickets for sale now where all proceeds will go to Fire Fund appeal.

Parking is free after 5,30pm and best parking is near cinemas end of Kessels Rd.
