GUESS WHO’S COMING TO DINNER CELEBRATES PRESIDENT OF VILLAGE ROADSHOW LYNNE BENZIE
The Sea World Resort Conference Centre came alive last Wednesday with this months Guess Who’s Coming To Dinner event. The evening drew film industry leaders who walked the red carpet to celebrate Village Roadshow president Lynne Benzie, who is celebrating 28 years with the Studio.
The night kicked off with a stunning red carpet arrival and Movie World favourites Bugs Bunny and Marilyn Monroe. Michael Crocker delivered a stellar introduction, while organiser Caroline Russo chatted with Benzie about her journey before an audience of 100 people over two courses. Minister Kate Jones, Mayor Tom Tate and Screen Queensland CEO Tracey Vieira prepared special messages to honour Benzie. The evening was also a celebration for Village Roadshow who are currently marking their 30th year. The night also worked to raise funds for Entertainment Assist who raise awareness of mental health in the Australian Entertainment Industry.
