On the 11th of October at Jupiter’s Hotel and Casino film’s elite stepped out for the 70th Australian International Movie Convention. Delegates were treated to welcome drinks, food and entertainment in the Pavillion Room of the casino. To open the convention guests viewed the upcoming film The Dressmaker with an introduction from the film’s director Jocelyn Moorhouse. Presented by the producer Sue Mason and CEO of Screen Australia Graeme Mason. The Australian International Movie Convention runs until Thursday with a trade show and more throughout the week.
