Footy fans today begin the one-week countdown to Holden State of Origin Game 1 when the XXXX Queensland Maroons battle the NSW VB Blues next Wednesday, May 27, at 7.30pm on Channel Nine.
Ken Sutcliffe, Cameron Williams and Yvonne Sampson will host Nine’s exclusive LIVE State of Origin Game 1 coverage while Ray “Rabs” Warren, the voice of rugby league, will be calling all the action from the Nine Network commentary box.
To provide their expert commentary, Warren will be joined by Peter Sterling, Phil Gould, Brad Fittler, Paul Vautin, Gorden Tallis, Brett Finch, Darren Lockyer, and Rugby League Immortals Andrew “Joey” Johns and Wally “The King” Lewis.
