The Boogie Bar launched in style in Melbourne over the weekend! In what will now be the weekly place to be for the best in House, Disco, and Classic dance tracks. There’ll be a different line-up each week. Last weekend saw the King of Disco himself Andy Van (Madison Avenue / Super Disco Club) rock the house, as well as Mark James (DJ/Producer/Promoter/Pioneer of Australia’s Dance scene), Rubber People + more. The venue was pumping with uplifting, funky, disco & dance tracks from start to finish. Think Donna Summer, Sister Sledge, Chaka Khan, Stars on 45, Earth Wind & Fire, Oliver Cheatham and 90s/2000s dance.
After a long hiatus away from his hometown Melbourne, DJ / Producer / Promoter and Music industry legend Mark James returns with a bang. His latest music productions see him topping the charts world-wide including Beatport and the Australian ARIA Club Chart with numerous #1’s via his music label ‘Two Tribes Records.’ A true pioneer of the industry who has brought us so many great festivals and club events over the years (most recently teaming up with Kygo and the ‘Palm Tree Music Festival’ crew which successfully launched in Australia over March), also being at the helm of ‘Future Entertainment.’
