Fresh from her Grammy nomination for ‘Exes & Oh’s’, Elle King has released her new track ‘America’s Sweetheart’. ‘America’s Sweetheart’ is the second single off the 2x Grammy nominated debut album ‘Love Stuff’. British band The 1975 have finally released their highly-anticipated second album ‘I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It’. ‘I Like It When You Sleep…’ is the follow-up from the band’s hugely successful debut self-titled album.
Featuring already released tracks ‘Love Me’, ‘UGH!’ and ‘The Sound’, The 1975 have created an album with a completely new sound but still having the 1975 sound that gave the band such success the first time around. The album starts brilliantly with an intro track title ‘The 1975’ which is a short 1 minute and 23 second taste of the overall sound of the album.
Each track on ‘I Like It When You Sleep…’ is unique and fun with great lyrics, lots of which are written by front man Matthew Healy. The new album has a more “funk” sound with lots of bass melodies and metallic guitar sounds. After teasing fans with snippets from his upcoming album and performing at London Fashion Week for Burberry, Jake Bugg releases the first official single ‘Gimme The Love’. After being #2 on the Billboard and ARIA charts with her debut album, Halsey has released her new single ‘Colors’. ‘Colors’ is the third single from Halsey’s album ‘Badlands’ and the artwork for the single was revealed on a mural in Williamsburg, Brooklyn (USA).
