‘Oh Santa’ the new single from Mariah Carey, the queen of Christmas, featuring Ariana Grande and Jenifer Hudson. The holidays will officially arrive with an epic production titled “Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special,” set to debut Friday, December 4, on Apple TV+. Carey has invited a special lineup of guest superstars including Tiffany Haddish, Billy Eichner, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Snoop Dogg, Jermaine Dupri, Misty Copeland and Mykal-Michelle Harris, all to take part in this one-of-a-kind holiday event. Extra special appearances are also made by Carey’s twins, Moroccan and Monroe. Faced with a holiday cheer crisis, the North Pole knows there’s only one person who can save the day: Santa’s great friend, Mariah Carey. Combining musical performances, dynamic dancing and ground breaking animation, the undisputed Queen of Christmas jumps into action to create a holiday spectacular to make the whole world merry. The soundtrack single “Oh Santa!,” co-written by and featuring Carey performing with Ariana Grande and Jennifer Hudson, was released today alongside the official video. Watch the video here. The companion soundtrack to the special is full of brand new interpretations, and will also include Snoop Dogg and Jermaine Dupri as additional musical guests, in addition to a new version of “Sleigh Ride.” The soundtrack is available exclusively on Apple Music, and all other platforms on December 11.
NOURI Yalla Yalla
NEW YORK, December 4th 2020 – Pop songstress, NOURI releases the new track “Yalla Yalla” with companion visual music video – available now on all digital retailers.
Produced by Breakfast N Vegas who have worked with many top artists worldwide (Bad Bunny, Tory Lanez, Kehlani, The Chainsmokers, Rihanna and Taylor Swift), and co-written with Nat Young and GRAMMY Award-nominated songwriter Kham McPherson (Etana), “Yalla Yalla” is a dance floor ready pop anthem complete with its relatable lyrics and infectious energy.
NOURI pays homage to her heritage, using an Arabic term “Yalla” which means “hurry up” or “come on” when addressing someone. “I’m thrilled to be finally releasing a song where I get to showcase my Middle Eastern roots” says NOURI.
The track is accompanied by an equally infectious music video, directed by Blue Hamel. The singer puts on her most energetic performance yet, with two back-up dancers, moving with choreographed precision in a jungle-themed video. “This one is all about performance. It’s about dancing and having fun. I wanted to show off a side of me that no one has seen before,” says NOURI.
