TICKETS ON SALE TONIGHT!
Over 12,000 Hunger Games fans turned up at Event Cinemas for the midnight screenings of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 in November 2014, so when tickets go on sale at midnight tonight for the final instalment of the franchise, all bets are off on how many tickets will be sold!
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 will bring to an end one of the biggest franchises in movie history, which helped launch the careers of Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth. The final instalment sees Katniss Everdeen (Lawrence) and District 13 engage in an all-out revolution against the autocratic Capitol.
Tickets are going on sale at eventcinemas.com.au from 12.01am tomorrow morning, Thursday 1st October. The midnight sessions are going to be a hot ticket, with cinemas pulling out all stops to excite fans at the event, including fans and staff dressing up as their favourite characters, plus your chance to have a selfie with Katniss Everdeen herself.
